I look at the names listed on the “Wall of Unreached People Groups”, most of which I can’t even pronounce, realizing those names represent lost souls. They are not lost because they have chosen to be. Instead, they are lost because no one has told them that Jesus Loves them. They have never been given the choice of accepting or rejecting Christ.

They are truly UNREACHED!

We have all heard our children sing the song, “Jesus Loves Me.” It is so very precious to hear them sing those words. When I think of the children from Unreached People Groups not knowing that Jesus loves them. My heart breaks. When you look at their faces, they are not so different from our children. They laugh, they cry, they play , they need love, guidance and protection. They have that same childlike innocence that led Jesus to say in Matthew 19:14. “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

They too need to be able to sing, Jesus Loves Me!

There is another song I have heard sung over the years, that has a line that goes something like this, “You never mentioned Him to me, You helped me not the way to see…” How sad it will be to stand before Christ and hear someone say,

“You Never Mentioned Him to Me.”

I may never travel across the ocean to set my feet upon their land. I may never speak their language, I may never touch their hand. I may never leave these mountains and God may never tell me, “sell all and go.” But I can do other things, the way of Christ to show.

So can you!
