The U4theU "Wall of Unreached Peoples"
It's traveling the country! (In fact, FIVE of them are.) From church to church, college to college, "the Wall" of Unreached Peoples is like the "Star Trek Exhibit" coming to your local Science Museum. Except -- instead of aliens to our planet, it speaks of aliens to the covenant (Eph. 2:12), a condition we'd all like to remedy as soon as possible.
Yesterday, we dropped in on "the Wall" as it stood at Okolona Christian Church (Louisville, KY). It was fun being a silent witness to the crowd reactions. "I had no idea there were so many different people groups with no church -- still," gasped one elderly lady. One gentleman said, "Why don't they tell us about this more often?" A teen added, "It seems like we'd be more bothered by this. Instead, it's too easy to forget."
Okolona does not want to forget.
Walls 1, 2 3, and 4 list the nearly 7,000 UPGS, with wall 4 being reserved for the west coast only. Wall 5 is a colorful pictorial version, depicting the 25 most UPGS.
